American Toy & Furniture Catalog for 1981 ~ Holly Hobbie, Betsey Clark, NFL, Hanna Barbera, Disney and more fun!
I don't remember where I picked up this catalog, but I've had it for years! I just love all of the little furniture, especially the mini play kitchens. They made these types of furniture with lots of different characters on them, throughout the years.

You know I love old toys, but this old? I don't collect toys quite this old but I can appreciate them and I love to look at toys of any age in old catalogs. I'm fascinated by what children played with in any era. The funny thing is that the toys aren't all that different.

Kenner 1977 Baby Heartbeat Dolls & Booklets ~ Toy-Addict
I found the booklet for Baby Heartbeat, for sale, on Instagram.
I thought it was so cute and had to have it.
My booklet is near the end of the video, it's actually the booklet for the
Baby Heartbeat Care Set. When I got the booklet, I was very interested in the doll line.
They made a Black and a White version of the doll and you could buy the Care Set Kit separately.
The dolls were released in 1977 and seem to have been sold until 1978.

She cost $10.94 in 1977!
I love that it came with little glasses for you to wear while taking care of your baby.

1980, What a magical year! Strawberry Shortcake first came to the market as a doll and a cartoon special. I wanted to visit Strawberryland SO MUCH! (I was 4.)
